Privacy policy
DRAFT pending legal review. This text is a starting point and must be approved by Solpor Vacances legal adviser before the site goes live.
Who handles your data
Solpor Vacances, based in the Rías Baixas (Galicia, Spain), is the controller of the data you give us. Write to reservas@solporvacances.com about anything to do with your privacy.
What we collect and why
When you book: name, surname, email, phone and payment details, which Stripe processes directly — we never see your card. We need them to manage and charge your booking; the legal basis is performance of the contract.
When you write to us through the form: name, email, phone and your message, so we can reply. The legal basis is your consent.
When you use the rental income calculator: name, surname, phone and your answers, so we can call you with a proposal. The legal basis is your consent.
How long we keep it
Booking data is kept for as long as our relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by Spanish tax and accounting law. Enquiries are kept while useful and for no more than one year from the last contact.
Who we share it with
With Stripe, to process payments. With our email provider, to send your confirmations. With the owner of the home you book, where needed for your stay. We do not sell your data to anyone.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or port your data. Just write to us. If you think we are getting it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
